Centre for Bio-Nano Science Annual Workshop 2015

2 Dec 2015 to 4 Dec 2015
Cumberland Lorne Resort, Lorne, Victoria

Centre for Bio-Nano Science Annual Workshop

The first CBNS Annual Workshop for all Centre researchers - students, research assistants, postdocs, support staff and Chief Investigators - will be held in Lorne from Wednesday 2 December to Friday 4 December.

The aims for the CBNS Workshop are to:

  • build camaraderie
  • facilitate new collaborations
  • solidify research theme direction
  • generate new projects and applications for strategic funds

There will be sessions covering all of the CBNS research themes, as well as an overview of Centre capabilities and a session coordinated by postdocs and postgrads from the CBNS Education Committee.

There will also be plenty of time for you to get to know the members of the CBNS and discuss existing and new research projects. We hope that everyone will leave with a new collaboration and ideas for new research initiatives.

Registration

This event is for students and staff of the ARC Centre of Excellence in Convergent Bio-Nano Science and Technology.

Although all the accommodation that the CBNS is providing has been booked you can still register to attend. You will need to make, and pay for, your own accommodation arrangements. To register please visit the Workshop Eventbrite site. Please ensure that you have the approval of your Chief Investigator to attend before registering.
